Strength:
Snatch: work up to a 1 rep max (147lbs)
Clean & Jerk: work to a 1 rep max
Back Squat: 5-3-1-1-1 then 3x2 of 80% of your 1 rep max (257lbs)
Benchpress 5-5-3-3-3 (165lbs)
