Check out this video of me knocking out 100 double unders and testing out the new SEAL Grinder PT ballistic jumprope. This is the thinner line so its lighter and spins faster.
Tore up my hands doing "Murph" (1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, run 1 mile, wearing a 20 lb vest) after doing Deadlifts and Kettlebell swings.
